We are pleased to announce the launch of the Gran Fondo Kids, a recreational cycling event specially designed for children, with the aim of promoting sport as a fundamental pillar in the formation of healthy habits and life values.
This event seeks to integrate the youngest into the passion for cycling, fostering physical activity, teamwork, and enjoying the outdoors.
Participants will cycle on circuits adapted to their ages, in a recreational and non-competitive environment, where the main objective is to enjoy and learn.

The Gran Fondo 7 Lagos organization informs that the Mini and Peque 1 and 2 categories of the Gran Fondo Kids will be participatory.
This means that there will be no classification or awards by position, as the main objective is for the little ones to enjoy the experience, promoting sport, fun, and camaraderie.
All children in the Mini and Peque 1 and 2 categories will receive a finisher's medal in recognition of their participation and enthusiasm.
The Teens category (10 to 12 years old) will be competitive, and awards for 1st to 3rd place will be given at the end of the race, with a finisher's medal for everyone.

The Gran Fondo Kids seeks to introduce minors to cycling as an activity that promotes health, discipline, and respect. Through this initiative, we want to inspire new generations to adopt healthy habits and strengthen the bonds between the communities of San Martín de los Andes and Villa La Angostura, involving sports clubs and municipalities in a day of integration and fun.
We invite all families, schools, clubs, and organizations in our communities to join this great celebration of children's cycling. Come pedal with us for a more active and healthy future for our children!

Waiver and consent signed by parents.
Mandatory use of helmet and bicycle in good condition.
